1. Scope of Application
    These Terms and Conditions apply to all LED lamps sold through oppBuy (hereinafter referred to as “Products”). By purchasing Products, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Orders
    All orders must be submitted by customers and confirmed by oppBuy. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot change or cancel it unless negotiated with oppBuy in advance.
  3. Prices and Payments
    All prices are valid at the time of sale and may change at any time without prior notice.
    Customers should pay when confirming the order. Supported payment methods include credit card, debit card and bank transfer.
    All orders must be paid at the transaction price. Unpaid orders will not be shipped.
  4. Shipping
    oppBuy will ship as soon as possible after confirming the order. The specific shipping time will be notified to the customer when the order is confirmed.
    After the goods are shipped, the customer must provide a valid delivery address. Any delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses shall be borne by the customer.
  5. Refunds and Returns
    Customers can apply for returns and exchanges within 7 days after receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a purchase receipt.
    Except for returns due to quality issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  6. Warranty Terms
    The product is under warranty for one year from the date of purchase, and the warranty is limited to manufacturing defects.
    Damage caused by misuse, misoperation or other human factors is not covered by the warranty.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    oppBuy is not responsible for any indirect, special or incidental damages caused by the use or inability to use the product. Customers shall bear their own risks.
  8. Legal Jurisdiction
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, and any disputes shall be submitted to the relevant courts in Michigan for resolution.
  9. Modification of Terms
    oppBuy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The modified terms will be published on the official website, and customers should check them regularly.
